Job Type: Part-Time

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dry-cleaning team. This position requires strong customer service skills as well as the ability to safely operate a company van for pick-up and delivery of customer garments and items to and from the store. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and hold a valid driver’s license.

• Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
• Receive, tag, and process incoming dry-cleaning and laundry orders accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in person or by phone.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and work area.
• Safely operate the company van to pick up and deliver garments/items to and from the store.
• Load, transport, and unload customer items while ensuring accuracy and care.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate payments.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with additional shop duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience required (retail, hospitality, or related field).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Combination of front-counter retail environment and driving duties.
• Requires standing for extended periods and performing light to moderate physical activity.
