Set up and operate dialysis machines and initiate dialysis according to prescribed orders.;
Monitor patient response to dialysis, obtain vital signs and weight, and document treatment data.;
Evaluate vascular access patency, perform cannulation, and administer heparin as delegated.;
Maintain a safe and clean environment and enforce infection control practices.;
Assist in training direct patient care staff and participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
