What Custodians Do

• Efficiently work throughout the entire shift to clean client buildings (dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, and trash pulling)
• Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers and present a good company image
• Use supplies and equipment properly to clean buildings
• Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service.

What A Custodian Will Be Measured On

• Perfect attendance – no unexcused absences, tardies
• Great customer feedback
• Start on time and work within budgeted hours
• Minimize accidents and damage
• Find and fix problems

Custodian Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Must be willing to consent to or pass a background screen
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify used to verify employment eligibility
• Strong work ethic and desire for long-term employment
