Pilgrim's - - Responsibilities:
Cleaning/Sanitizing:
Manually clean or use automated equipment (CIP systems) to sanitize food contact surfaces, production lines, and facility areas.;
Equipment Maintenance:
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production machinery, ensuring all food debris and bacteria are removed.;
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tag out (LOTO) when working on machinery.;
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sanitation procedures, chemical usage, and inspection results.;
Chemical Handling:
Safely handle, mix, and store cleaning chemicals, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
