Materials Handler; Forklift Operator- Night Shift

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle and move merchandise around the facility.
• Pack inventory, load pallets, band packages, shrink wrap, etc.
• Utilize an RF scanner daily to complete orders.
• Verify inventory accuracy and operate shipping manifest system.
• Transport product using forklifts.
• Compare packing slips and shipping documents to inventory.
• Work timely to meet production standards for finished goods.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in daily activities.
• Train other team members in assigned operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area to meet safety regulations.
• Work in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, health standards, procedures, and practices.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, push or pull parts or containers frequently.
• Ability to read and understand job instructions.
• Must have forklift operating ability; training will be provided to obtain certification.
• Pass pre‑employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate simple percentages, handle decimal values. A basic math test will be required.

Guaranteed wage progression every 3 months for the first two years.

Shift premium of $1.50 per hour for 2nd shift.
