Monitor and maintain incubator conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow);
Perform routine checks on eggs and hatchlings for health and development;
Implement biosecurity measures to prevent contamination and disease;
Assist in handling and transporting eggs and hatchlings with minimal stress;
Document observations on hatchling rates, health issues, and environmental conditions;
Perform daily setup, sanitization, and maintenance of equipment;
Collaborate with team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the hatchery;
Fill in for absent staff, assist with safety monitoring, and train others;
Participate in egg set, chick processing, cross-training, and training guide development; work varied shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends
