Pilgrim’s is seeking a Dayshift Production Hourly team member to join our processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products to meet USDA safety and quality standards while operating equipment and maintaining a clean area in a fast-paced environment.
This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability. Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm with some weekend work; base pay is $18.25 per hour, with benefits and time off after a probation period.
