We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Admissions Coordinator at NatchitochesCommunity Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

Qualifications:

• Organize referrals and coordinate with team members to process in an efficient, timely manner
• Listen and communicate with hospital staff, physicians, families, and residents to understand needs
• Data Entry into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database

The Ideal Candidate:

• Prior health care experience is greatly preferred.
• >1 yr of administrative/office experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.
