Asset Protection Customer Host

Role Summary

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. The associate verifies purchases, assists with returned items, and keeps the entrances safe and secure.

• Welcome and thank every customer with a smile.
• Assist customers with scanning, bagging, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area.
• Support other associates as needed across the store.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the shift.

• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude.
• Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately.
• Keep your area clean and presentable.
• Answer customer questions and help them with their needs.
• Be available to assist associates across the store as needed.

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression.
• Gather carts from the parking lot and move them inside the store.
• Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

Role is available in full‑time and part‑time formats. Shifts may start as early as 4:00 am or 7:00 am and run through the day. Work is scheduled on a rotating basis to accommodate morning, evening, weekend, and holiday periods.

$14.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on the position and location. Actual rates will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional incentives include performance‑based bonuses and premiums that can range up to $3.00 per hour.
