Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a designated zone on the retail sales floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Manage inventory reception and stocking of the sales floor;
Schedule and staff the zone for unload/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise associates within the zone and ensure follow-up on directives;
Perform all Team Leader duties to open and close the store as needed
