Off-Duty Active Police Officer – Hourly

• Act in accordance with state and federal law as per departmental policies and associated training.
• Perform general law enforcement duties including patrolling, checking property, maintaining order, and public safety.
• Issue traffic and parking citations per company policy.
• Conduct investigations.
• Respond to and assist in all medical emergencies.
• Assist in conducting fire drills and evacuating buildings.
• Provide security escorts for personnel.
• Attend required periodic training sessions.
• Perform other duties as required to meet the client’s needs.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience/
  
  Qualifications:
  • Active Duty Post Certified Law Enforcement Officer required.
  • Required licensing as necessary per state guidelines.
  • Knowledge of law enforcement procedures.
• Skills:
  • Ability to follow up with investigations.
  • Ability to make law enforcement‑related decisions.
  • Effective communication skills.
• Physical requirements:
  • Work environment includes office, parking lot, and production area.
  • Ab able to sit 70% of time, stand 30% of time.
  • Good vision, with or without corrective lenses.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, climb, push, pull, and stoop.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
