1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a lead carpenter to measure, cut, and assemble wood, drywall, and framing for restoration projects. You will construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and door frames, and inspect/replace damaged drywall and fixtures.
You will secure and estimate projects, tape, float, and texture, remove drywall, assign subcontractors, and oversee site progress. Proficiency with Xactimate and MS Office is helpful; strong customer service is essential.
