As an Electrician, you'll perform residential service and install work. You're great at working on your own, but you also love getting to work with a team! One of the best feelings in the world to you is feeling useful. It's important that you're good at communicating with c ustomer s when they're stressed out. You can help them see they're in good hands and you're here to help save the day!

• Service, Install, reconnect, and upgrade electrical s ystems as well as heating and air conditioning equipment, a nd water heaters
• Serve c ustomer s by analyzing work orders, following a daily travel schedule, listening to c ustomer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
• Maintain your truck inventory
• Troubleshoot & diagnose residential electrical issues
• Provide the best customer service possible to our c ustomer s
• Adhere to local and state codes
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Identify , repair, or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using testing devices, and various tool s

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required . • 3 + years of experience of residential electrical work
• Journeyman License or able to obtain within 6 months (preferred)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language

• Service Titan experience
• Sales experience

• Commission Pay based on experience
• Hours:
  
  7:00 a.m.
  
  - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)
• Days:
  Monday - Friday, on call rotation
