Overview We are hiring on behalf of our client for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager
. This role blends high-level executive support with day-to-day office operations, requiring strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist with basic HR functions, including interview scheduling and record maintenance
  • Support finance-related tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and team activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement organizational systems
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office management role (preferably within a small company environment)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to HR processes or basic bookkeeping
  • Experience supporting projects or managing timelines
  • Strong attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset
