Position: Resident Care Scheduler  - The Residence at Natick South
LCB Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Prepare the Resident Care staff work schedule to include RCAs, Medication Aides, Nurses, etc.;
Manage all Resident Care staff attendance and monitor time clock punch detail;
Input information into the community computer tracking system regarding services provided;
Provide orientation and training to new Resident Care team members on EHR/MAR usage;
Document scheduled and unscheduled services, incidents, and resident refusals of services
