Looking for qualified candidates to work at our BOH certified summer camp. Camp Arrowhead is our camp for individuals with special needs ages 6 and up. Camp Arrowhead staff typically work 8:00AM-4:30PM daily mentoring volunteers, overseeing the safety of campers, and creating fun adaptable programming for participants. Head Counselors provide all necessary functions of an adaptive counselor, run a program throughout each day, mentor younger and less experienced staff and take on leadership roles as necessary.

All Head Counselors are responsible for planning, teaching, coordinating, and carrying out activities.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work independently and in small groups of staff to provide a variety of activities on a daily basis.
• Must submit a health history record and examination form prior to the first day of work.
• Has or will obtain CPR/FA certification
• This position is a seasonal position as defined by the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance

Starting: $17.50-$17.94 hr.
