Construction Consulting Manager – Natick, MA

Exponent is a premium consulting firm dedicated to solving complex construction disputes.

We are seeking a seasoned manager to lead projects in our Natick office. The role focuses on large, complex construction disputes, involving project management, schedule analysis, cost record analysis, productivity impact assessment, and issue analysis.

• Project management
• Detailed analyses of project schedule delays, project cost records, productivity impacts, and issue analysis
• Developing written reports and client‑ready presentations for review by senior management
• Active participation in industry associations
• Supporting the company's business development initiatives

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 10–15 years of experience in project or construction management or construction consulting; project site experience and strong technical knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of and experience with Primavera P6 and other project scheduling software
• Experience in construction claims, litigation services, or construction consulting preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship required
