Walnut Hill School for the Arts is seeking a substitute pianist starting on September 22, 2026 to support the School's Theater Department. Must be a proficient keyboardist with strong sight reading skills and a significant knowledge of Musical Theater Repertoire. Must also understand the nuances of accompanying singers age 16-18 years old. Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a wide range of people as well as comply with all School policies and procedures is required.

Physical Demands

Physical demands include dexterity for playing piano and reading music as well as office machine and supply operation including but not limited to writing, typing, using electronic devices, computer, phone, calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and printers. Stooping, bending, traveling to/from locations on campus, ascending/descending stairs, reaching and sitting or standing for extended periods of time are common.
