Cross Services Group is seeking a client development associate. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and driven to support company growth through excellent customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities will include:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to current and prospective clients
- Generate and qualify leads for Cross Services Group
- Follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships and identify additional services needed
- Accurately document call notes and client information in CRM
- Follow up with clients after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor service quality by confirming work completion and client expectations
- Maintain a professional, positive representation of Cross Services Group at all times
- Prior customer service, sales or client development experience is required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new prospects
- Organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
