Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Scruba Dub Auto Wash Centers, New England's premier car wash, is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Natick, MA.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide top‑note customer service, both in-person and over the phone
  • Educate customers about our products and services
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our database
  • Stay up-to-date on our evolving products and services
  • Assist with our unlimited membership program
  • Data entry from different reporting systems
  • Small incident report triaging
  • Maintain clean and organized office and lounge area
What You’ll Need:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • A knack for building strong relationships with customers
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Word, and Excel
