The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by several factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and the job location.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, keeping customers informed throughout their repair.
- Perform light accounts receivable and other administrative duties.
- Assist with the shop’s day‑to‑day operations.
- Handle receptionist duties, welcome visitors, answer and direct inbound calls, and forward inquiries.
- Schedule customer appointments and determine customer needs calmly and professionally.
- Enter customer information into computer software efficiently and accurately.
- Make outbound calls to update customers about repair status and contact insurance companies for status and payments.
- Consistently sort, check, and forward e‑mails.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area.
- Create and manage both digital and hard‑copy filing systems for all insurance partners.
- Perform clerical work such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing, taking memos, and organizing documents.
- Manage accounts receivable, entering customer payments.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the collision consultants and accountant.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful, high‑volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.

- Resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
