Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in Massachusetts (MA)
• Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Board Certified or Board Eligible)
• Mandatory Child/Adolescent Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills in pediatric mental health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

• Experience working in pediatric psychiatric settings
• Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based treatments in child and adolescent mental health
• Experience with family therapy or multidisciplinary care approaches
• Bilingual skills or proficiency in additional languages

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry
• Prior experience working in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health programs

• Must hold a current MA medical license
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Commitment to providing culturally sensitive, patient-centered care
• This role is anticipated to start on March 11, 2026
