Job Title:

Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist Overview:
Join our esteemed healthcare team as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist, where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, expert psychiatric care to young patients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to impact the mental health and well-being of children and teenagers while working within a supportive and dynamic environment dedicated to clinical excellence and professional growth.

Required Skills:

Valid medical license in Massachusetts (MA) Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Board Certified or Board Eligible) Mandatory Child/Adolescent Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills in pediatric mental health Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience working in pediatric psychiatric settings Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based treatments in child and adolescent mental health

Experience with family therapy or multidisciplinary care approaches Bilingual skills or proficiency in additional languages Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry Prior experience working in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health programs Other Requirements:
Must hold a current MA medical license Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training Commitment to providing culturally sensitive, patient-centered care This role is anticipated to start on March 11, 2026 Hourly pay rate is $1.00 (
