For our Head Swim Instructor and Deck Supervisor, we are looking for an outgoing, professional, enthusiastic individual:

• Connecting and building relationships with our students, families and fellow colleagues
• Deliver safe, fun and educational 30 minute lessons to our students
• Modeling our core values (Safety, Quality, Connection and WOW!) during all shifts
• As a Deck Supervisor, you  be responsible for:
• • Helping to manage the lesson quality and safety during lesson times
  • Measure student success by tracking skills live on an iPad
  • Deliver an engaging team meeting at the beginning of each lesson shift for all instructors
  • Educate our families on our Little Flippers curriculum during each lobby announcement

Little Flippers is a learn-to-swim school that aims to teach water safety throughout our swim lessons. We offer a great, paid on-site training program that teaches everything you  need to know about being a Head Instructor and Deck Supervisor.

Compensation: $16-20/hr

We are primarily looking for part-time swim instructors with the potential of full-time hours and some office work as well. Don  worry, prior experience in aquatics is not required! We offer a great, paid on-site training program that teaches everything you  need to know about being an instructor.

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school.
