Pay: $24 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

The Learning Experience - Natick is hiring a caring, energetic Toddler Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our program focuses on providing a joyful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where children build independence, curiosity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the toddler classroom and ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

* Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.

* Build strong, positive relationships with families through consistent communication and daily updates.

* Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain classroom excellence and compliance.

* Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

* ECE certification (required) in Massachusetts.

* Minimum 6 months of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers (1+ year preferred).

* Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.

* CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

* Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
