Early Childhood Preschool Teacher (EEC Certified) - The Learning Experience Natick

Location:

Natick, MA

Pay: $24 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

About the Role

The Learning Experience - Natick is hiring a passionate and reliable EEC Certified Preschool Teacher to lead one of our engaging preschool classrooms. Our program focuses on building early academic skills, confidence, social development, and independence through hands-on, play-based learning.

This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys creating a structured but joyful classroom where children ages 3-5 can learn, explore, and thrive.

What You'll Do

* Create and lead a positive, well-organized preschool classroom environment

* Deliver engaging lessons using The Learning Experience's curriculum and daily activities

* Support early literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and school readiness skills

* Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication

* Work closely with your teaching team to maintain consistency and high-quality instruction

* Ensure classroom compliance with all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing standards

What We're Looking For

* Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (required)

* At least 6 months of experience in a preschool or early childhood classroom (1+ year preferred)

* Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred

* Solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

* CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

* Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
