Early Childhood Floater Teacher - The Learning Experience Natick

Location:

Natick, MA

Pay: $22-$24 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

About the Role

The Learning Experience - Natick is hiring a Flexible Floater Teacher to support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. This is a great opportunity for an experienced early childhood educator who enjoys variety, teamwork, and working with different age groups throughout the day.

Our floaters play a vital role in keeping classrooms running smoothly while providing consistent, nurturing care to our children.

What You'll Do

* Step into infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed

* Support Lead Teachers with daily routines, activities, and transitions

* Help maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom environments

* Engage children through play-based learning, music, art, and hands-on activities

* Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and classroom organization

* Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

* Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing guidelines

What We're Looking For

* Experience working in a daycare, preschool, or childcare center required

* High school diploma or GED required

* EEC certification or Early Childhood coursework strongly preferred

* Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

* CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)

* Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
