Salary: $18 to $21 per hour (starting at $18.00/h; MAP Certification: $21.00/h)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Serve as in‑house substitute for absent teachers
• Participate in the IEP process as required
• Serve as a role model for clients at all times
• Provide corrective/learning experience for the students
• Set and maintain consistent/constructive limits
• Plan and participate in assigned activities
• Provide support to the residences during transition prior to school each morning

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Preferred minimum one year experience working with youth 8‑18 years old
• Valid  CORI/DCF background check
• Able to participate in physical interventions
