Job Overview

The MATLAB Student Ambassador position requires a commitment of approximately 5 hours per week and is a paid position. The role involves spreading awareness of the Math Works brand and products among students, engaging with student organizations, organizing campus events to demonstrate MATLAB and Simulink, and using social media outlets to promote Math Works Student Challenges and learning resources.

• Host fun events on campus to demonstrate MATLAB and Simulink. Provide resources such as software demos and workshops to spread awareness.
• Use social media skills to spread awareness of Math Works products on Instagram by sharing resources.

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's level degree in a technical discipline.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for any employer without restriction.

• Proficient in MATLAB; familiarity with Simulink is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for social media (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, blogging, etc.).
• Undergraduate or graduate student at the stated university in good academic standing.
• At least 2 semesters remaining in a STEM degree program.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
