Center Director / Co-Director to help guide operations, staff development, and program quality across the school.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to manage daily center operations
- Support teacher training, mentoring, and classroom quality
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC requirements
- Maintain strong enrollment and retention practices
- Monitor financial performance and operational goals
- Strengthen family engagement and community relationships
Qualifications
- Director I and Director II certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years center leadership experience required
- Strong organizational and team development skills
