JOB GOAL: Supports the Site Supervisor in overseeing the daily operation of one before school (Early Risers) and after school (ASAP) site, a creative, community service‑oriented environment. The Assistant Site Supervisor also manages the homework session and supervises high school tutor/mentors. In the absence of the Site Supervisor, the Assistant Supervisor will take on responsibility for the operation of the after school site.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Four years or more of experience working with youth in an organized setting. Six months of administrative experience or three credits in management, administration, or staff supervision.
• Ability to lead large groups, communicate effectively with families and school personnel, and supervise staff.

Skills:

• Demonstrated aptitude for work to be performed
• Candidates should have a passion for working with students, families, and colleagues
• Candidates must be flexible and collaborative
• Candidates must be able to multitask in a fast‑paced, supportive environment that nurtures student growth
