Youth Center Coordinator

The Town of Natick is seeking an energetic, creative, and community-minded Youth Center Coordinator to join the Recreation & Parks Department. • Lead the planning, development, and oversight of year‑round programs, activities, and initiatives for youth and teens.
• Coordinate after‑school programming, field trips, special events, and summer camps.
• Foster partnerships with schools, community organizations, volunteers, mentors, and instructors to expand opportunities for young people.
• Oversee Natick's Teen Center, a drop‑in after‑school space for middle school and early high school students, providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment that encourages friendship, exploration, and independence.
• Offer a variety of recreational, educational, leadership, and enrichment programs that help teens connect, grow, and thrive.

This position is full‑time, exempt, at 37.5 hours per week. The schedule is 10:00 am–6:00 pm Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm Friday, with nights and weekends as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, recreation services, or related field and minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with teens/youth and planning activities.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.

This position is Grade 2 of the town’s pay plan with a starting salary range of $50,000–$59,000. Actual salary is dependent upon qualifications.
