Managing Engineer - ADAS/AV (MS/PhD)

Posted Salary Range: USD $ - $ per year

• Managing projects from initiation to completion, communicating updates to team members, clients, and staff, ensuring deadlines are met, and identifying business development opportunities
• Growing the Vehicle Engineering Practice by generating new business and projects
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Managing, mentoring, and supervising junior consulting staff
• Handling project and cost management for casework
• Setting up and executing test programs, including full-scale vehicle tests and component or control systems evaluations
• Continuing to develop specialized expertise in design, performance, and testing of existing or emerging automotive technology

• Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in ADAS, automated vehicles, and/or vehicle and automotive system design, development, testing, and deployment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship required
• Ability to leverage industry connections to generate new business and projects
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to present technical topics clearly to managers, engineers, non‑technical personnel, and clients
• Leadership experience and proven mentoring of junior staff
• Field and/or lab measurement experience with good hands‑on skills
• Versatile, team‑oriented, willing to work overtime and travel when required
