Posted Salary Range: USD $ - $ per year
Responsibilities- Managing projects from initiation to completion, communicating updates to team members, clients, and staff, ensuring deadlines are met, and identifying business development opportunities
- Growing the Vehicle Engineering Practice by generating new business and projects
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Managing, mentoring, and supervising junior consulting staff
- Handling project and cost management for casework
- Setting up and executing test programs, including full-scale vehicle tests and component or control systems evaluations
- Continuing to develop specialized expertise in design, performance, and testing of existing or emerging automotive technology
- Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in ADAS, automated vehicles, and/or vehicle and automotive system design, development, testing, and deployment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship required
- Ability to leverage industry connections to generate new business and projects
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to present technical topics clearly to managers, engineers, non‑technical personnel, and clients
- Leadership experience and proven mentoring of junior staff
- Field and/or lab measurement experience with good hands‑on skills
- Versatile, team‑oriented, willing to work overtime and travel when required
