Procure to Payment Analyst - Math Works

Join Math Works as a Procure to Payment Analyst in a hybrid work model that blends office and home time. This role deepens your finance knowledge while exposing you to technology and systems, tax, internal controls, accounting, project management, metrics, and analysis.

• Leverage technology to reduce waste, maintain accurate supplier records, and accurately process and pay invoices.
• Monitor use taxes, account coding, and ensure proper approvals.
• Partner with Procurement, end users, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and identify opportunities to improve workflows and leverage automation.
• Support regular system testing, troubleshoot issues, and document requirements for future enhancements.
• Guide Math Works staff through the travel-to-reimbursement process and provide visibility to finance management on travel activities and expenses.
• Assist with monthly accounting close and the annual audit process, preparing reconciliations and key metrics reporting related to accounts payable, accruals, intercompany activity, and fixed assets.

• Detail‑oriented, accurate, and able to provide a solid audit trail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in leveraging technology to increase automation and reduce manual processes.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for any employer without restriction.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
