• Support and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules for internal leadership and private equity stakeholders
• Perform detailed flux and variance analysis on income statement and balance sheet accounts; investigate and explain key drivers and trends
• Partner with operations and manufacturing teams to understand cost drivers, inventory movements, and production variances
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across accounting and reporting functions
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor inquiries
• Maintain and improve documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–7+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within manufacturing and/or private equity–backed environments
• Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, or standard costing preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems required (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar a plus)
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus but not required

• Ability to clearly communicate financial results and insights to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
