Resident Salon Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nail Technician to provide professional nail care services to seniors in a senior living community in the Natick, Massachusetts area.

This is an opportunity to use your professional skills while building meaningful relationships and helping residents feel relaxed, confident, and cared for.

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible employees

• Provide professional manicures, pedicures, and hand and foot treatments
• Deliver personalized nail services tailored to mature clientele
• Create a clean, safe, relaxing, and welcoming environment
• Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents
• Use appropriate techniques and products for mature skin and nails
• Follow all company, state licensing, sanitation, hygiene, and safety requirements

• Current Massachusetts Nail Technician License
• Experience providing professional manicures and pedicures
• Strong communication and customer service skillsA compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Experience working with seniors, older adults, or in a senior living environment is a plus, but not required

Eligible employees may receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000
, paid in installments based on continued employment and meeting performance requirements:

• $250 after successful completion of 90 days of employment
  , including completion of required CARES certification, if applicable, adherence to RSS paperwork protocols, and effective use of RSS systems
• $250 after 6 months of employment
  , provided the employee remains in good standing and follows all RSS policies and protocols
• $500 after 1 year of employment
  , provided the employee remains in good standing and continues to meet RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols

RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments if the employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated before completing one year of employment.
