Short and long shifts

Ability to stack shifts when you want more hours or keep it light

What You'll Do Depending on your level and the client:

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding when needed

Do light housekeeping and laundry

Run errands such as grocery shopping and pharmacy trips

Offer medication reminders and support safe mobility

Help keep the home safe, clean, and comfortable

How We Support You Pay starting at $17/hour, with room to grow based on experience and role Local clients in Natick and nearby communities
