Physical Therapist (DPT), One-on-One Practice, South Natick MA
PT Progression is a cash-pay, one-on-one physical therapy and performance practice in South Natick, Massachusetts. One patient, one full hour, one clinician. No aides, no techs, no double-booking, no 15-minute units. We are hiring one more physical therapist to join a team with 40 combined years of clinical experience.

Whatyou will do
- Evaluate and treat one client per hour, every hour, start to finish
- Carry a caseload that runs from injury through return to sport and performance, not discharge-and-done
- Blend manual therapy with strength and performance work on a fully equipped training floor most PTs never get to use clinically
- Build real, lasting relationships with the people you treat
- Licensed physical therapist in Massachusetts (DPT)
- Three to five years of clinical experience, often from a hospital or high-volume outpatient system
- Curious, excited to keep getting better, and serious about continuing education
- Wants autonomy and real patient relationships, and wants to learn from clinicians further down the road
- Takes initiative and wants a real stake in how their caseload and reputation grow
$105K to $140K+ for the right fit, with a base plus performance-based growth as your caseload builds. Health insurance, 401(k) match, and other high-quality benefits.
You are not starting from zero. New clients come through referrals, a newsletter list of 800+ readers, and strong local search. We co-invest in your caseload through your first several months, and comp is structured to protect you while it grows. We walk you through exactly how it works before you sign anything.
Location and schedule10 Eliot Street, South Natick, MA. Full time. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 7 PM, and you set your own schedule within them.
