Housekeeping Manager

The Verve Hotel Boston Natick, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness—while enjoying Hilton’s renowned culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.

• Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards
• Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff to support efficient operations and strong performance
• Inspect rooms and public areas regularly and address deficiencies promptly
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and equipment while controlling labor and departmental costs
• Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Maintain accurate reports, inspections, and staff records
• Support a positive team environment and assist with other operational duties as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a full-service or branded hotel
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

• Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually
