Guest Service Supervisor

Join the Hampton Inn Boston-Natick team as a Guest Service Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and exceptional guest experience. In this position, you will lead and support the front desk team, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. • Supervise and support front desk associates to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, questions, and complaints.
• Assist with scheduling and training of staff to maintain service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest services and daily activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum 2 years hotel experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality preferred.
