We are seeking a technical Senior Marketing Operations Manager to develop and implement an AI strategy within Marketing automation and manage our Mar Tech stack to increase efficiency and drive ROI. The role focuses on transitioning from manual processes to predictive, automated, and AI-native workflows.
Responsibilities- AI Strategy & Innovation
- Develop and execute a strategy to leverage AI for experimentation, innovation, efficiency, automation, and performance within Marketing.
- Identify and evaluate AI tools that automate tasks such as lead scoring, data cleansing, enrichment, segmentation, analysis, and campaign personalization.
- Test AI capabilities, present findings, and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
- Create new use cases to integrate AI prompts and workflows into daily processes and train Marketers on new tools.
- Research and expand the tech stack with emerging AI tools while keeping industry trends in mind.
- Mar Tech Stack Management & Optimization
- Manage, analyze, and optimize the Mar Tech stack (Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, Knak, Zoom Info, Ringlead, Trans Perfect, Vonage, HVS, Qualified Chat).
- Ensure accurate data flows between tools and that workflows run properly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and integrate third‑party tools with Salesforce.
- Act as marketing point of contact for IT, gather requirements, submit requests, conduct user testing, provide status updates, and drive implementations to completion.
- Train end users, collect feedback, and request post‑launch enhancements.
- Work with Sales, IT, Sales Operations, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and other teams to align tools with business needs.
- Evaluate and experiment with new tools to streamline operations and conduct vendor demos with IT.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Audit the existing marketing dataset to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
- Recommend new workflows, process changes, or data remediation to ensure reliable data.
- Analyze monthly KPI data to uncover actionable insights and identify opportunities for lead‑to‑revenue optimization.
- Present findings at weekly stakeholder meetings.
- Work with finance to build ROI models, inform project prioritization, and ensure ROI is tracked.
- Administrative experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot) and marketing automation workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Qualified Chat, Knak, , Trans Perfect, Zoom Info, Ringlead or similar technology.
- Hands‑on experience using AI for B2B Marketing use cases, building native workflows or agents within CRM or marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, analysis, and insight generation.
- Ability to interpret data, make recommendations, and provide actionable next steps.
- Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a B2B environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with international and cross‑functional teams.
- Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - 8+ years of experience in a highly technical marketing operations or marketing analyst role within a B2B organization.
- Base salary range: $120,000 $–$220,000 USD (actual salary may vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location).
- Annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a sales incentive plan.
