Key Responsibilities

As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a pivotalrole in our organization through the following responsibilities:

• Maintainindividual ticket queue and serve as the primary point of contact forclient communication
• Interprettime-series data to support clients
• Identify potential hardware issues raised by clients.
• Validateclients’ requests to license Delsys software.
• Provide comprehensive training for clients on Delsys hardware and software.
• Managedemo & loan stock, ensuring availability and functionality.
• Performsoftware and hardware testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Usetechnical knowledge to generate support guides and documents for customerconsumption.

Desired Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’sdegree in Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or arelated field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the academic,healthcare or medical device industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret time-series data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving & deduction skills
• Proficiency in providing software and hardware training.
