A boutique business law firm in Natick, MA, is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate to join our growing team. We represent a diverse range of businesses and entrepreneurs across industries and pride ourselves on providing practical, strategic, and high-quality legal counsel with a personal touch.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings.
• Participate in case strategy development and client counseling.
• Manage multiple cases independently while working closely with senior attorneys as needed.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with a focus on business disputes.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Courtroom experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage cases proactively and independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
