Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security to meet commercial targets and elevate the Tiffany store experience. You will provide management presence on the sales floor, coach and develop team members, and assume oversight of the store when the Director is not present. The role focuses on delivering exceptional luxury client service, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Lead, motivate and model service excellence on the sales floor; provide continuous coaching to deliver the Tiffany client experience.
• Drive client development activities and manage client relationships to achieve product and KPI targets.
• Attract, hire, train and retain top talent; deliver performance feedback and development to improve team engagement.
• Ensure operational efficiency and back‑of‑house consistency; identify and implement process improvements and maintain internal controls.

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer‑related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College/university degree preferred.
