Our expertise includes Hall effect thrusters, electrospray propulsion, and green monopropellant systems, supporting both commercial and government space missions.

We are seeking hands‑on, technically skilled individuals to join our manufacturing team in a contract role with the potential for permanent conversion. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience and training in the aerospace industry, working on cutting‑edge propulsion systems that support next‑generation space missions.

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation will be determined by the candidate’s experience, education, and alignment with organizational needs.

To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), employment at Busek requires that applicants be one of the following:

• A U.S. citizen
• A lawful U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder)

• Or be eligible to receive the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce, as applicable
