• Address internal and external inquiries regarding
  
  MathWorks Social Mission programs including communicating with staff, nonprofitorganizationsand corporate partners
• Process staff donation matching requests and ensure required paperwork is submitted
• Screen grant requests,pull quarterly reports fromdatabases,provide quarterly briefs on applications, andfacilitatepayments for approved grants
• Coordinate logistics and assist with execution of on-campus events
• Oversees scheduling and pick-ups for charity collection bins
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities for staff
• Manage and update on campus Social Mission bulletin boards

• Publish news and announcements to staff members via email, SharePoint, Viva Engage group forums, digital signage and other communications media, as appropriate
• Use approved materials and messaging to respond to routine staff and third-party inquiries
• Develop and revise internal Web page content
• Draft quarterly activity reports
