- Board certification as an FNP-BC and valid licensure to practice independently in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Proven ability to manage patients across a wide age spectrum, from adolescents to seniors
- Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in psychiatric or inpatient settings
- Familiarity with mental health protocols and medication management
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with diverse patient needs
Education and Experience
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Massachusetts RN and APRN licenses
- Experience with psychiatric assessments, medication management, and crisis intervention
- Availability to work intermittent weekends for a period forecasted to last approximately one year
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations applicable to inpatient psychiatric settings
- Reliable transportation and ability to adapt to varying shift schedules
- Hourly pay rate of $1.00
