Up to $30,000 sign‑on bonus (based on eligibility).

• Provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and coordinate patient care at the unit level.
• Support the Clinical Nurse Officer to ensure high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process and direct care according to established safety, risk‑management, quality improvement, and infection control standards, aiming to discharge patients with an optimum level of care.
• Plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime and perform all Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed during emergencies or disasters.
• Know the hospital’s emergency codes, understand each code’s purpose and appropriate action, and adhere to hospital policies and procedures for each emergency code.
• Perform related duties as required.

• Education:
  
  Graduated from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Certification:
  Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation, in the state of practice or policy.
• CPR certification.
