New Graduate Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health
Tenet Massachusetts is hiring a New Graduate Registered Nurse for the Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick, Massachusetts. The position is an ongoing staff assignment providing 36 hours of care per week on a 12‑hour day shift.
Job Responsibilities- Provide safe and competent patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Assess, plan, and implement direct nursing care for assigned patients.
- Supervise staff and delegate nursing care appropriately.
- Collaborate with Psychiatry, Medical NPs, RNs, Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Human Rights Officers to support patient safety and stability.
Education:
Graduation from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school, or enrollment with a graduation date within the next 12 months.
Externships are available for students not yet graduated.
Certification:
Licensed, certified, or registered to practice nursing as required by law, and CPR certified.
Successful completion of a background check and pre‑employment health screening, including a drug screen, is required.
