Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric Behavioral Health to work in Natick, Massachusetts.

Sign‑on bonus: Up to $2,500 (eligible)
- Facilitates the maintenance of the therapeutic environment in the psychiatric unit.
- Assists patients with daily living activities.
- Establishes therapeutic relationships with assigned patients.
- Takes vital signs, weighs patients, and collects routine specimens.
- Attends and participates in group therapy, in‑service education, and staff meetings.
- Performs related duties as required.
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
Minimum 1 year of RN experience. - Certification: CPR (and valid RN licensure).
